Red Yeast Rice is a preparation made from a yeast that is commercially grown on rice grains. The rice and yeast, which is deep red in color, are ground up into a red powder. NuMedica’s red yeast rice is citrinin-free.

Adults take one capsule once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
It has not been confirmed whether red yeast rice inhibits the body's production of CoQ10. Therefore, you may wish to supplement with CoQ10 while taking this product.
